The issuance of unconstitutional "orders" causing deleterious effects to the health of those being assaulted by the criminal demands of seditious judicial tyrants, is a violation of the oath of office judges take. A judge, as I'm sure everybody here is aware, is not empowered to legislate law from the bench (any such criminal usurpation of power being null and void at its inception--i.e., we may rightfully ignore, no, have the duty to refuse, compliance with the judge's unlawful order).

And since there is no law legislated by any state/federal legislative bodies "mandating" the wear of cloth on our faces (nor ever will be), there can be no order enforcing the thing not legislated by the representatives of the People.

This is true, the same in the Netherlands. An actual law against the wearing of these masks is unconstitutional(against the "grondwet" in dutch). However in public transportation you have to wear masks and that is because they base it one the law of public transportation which basically says you have to follow their rules.

This is why there is a extra law or "special law" or crisis type of law they are trying to pass through that in a situation of a crisis or something they can do whatever. There has already been uttered the desire to have this special law permanently so not only during the corona pandemic. We are currently in the process of protesting against this. There isn't much media coverage about it.

I don't know how other countries do it but i suppose a lot has to do with the power of government during a crisis situation. A lot of countries have some sort of law in crisis times. There are always tricks to overrule laws. The problem we have in the netherlands is that many actually are so afraid that they don't see any problem in the wearing of a mask or any regulations. Although there are many ways in which the actual regulations of corona itself are even unlawful and there are multiple lawsuits going on against the government.

1) The people have no liberty but must "be made eligible" (i.e., must comply with government dictatorial "requirements" to shop, travel, etc.).

3) "roll-out" by "Armed Forces" formed ostensibly to break the other guy's toys.

Notice that in the beginning it is only for "international travel" (wink, wink, we would never require such an onerous requirement for local travel between inter-boarder checkpoints "overseen by the British Armed Forces" and other assorted tyrannical TSA equivalent monstrosities).
